I used the drive-thru at this location on September 4th around 3 PM, and I had a disappointing experience with their customer service. I was informed that they were out of straws for my drinks, which I understand can happen, but the problem was that I wasn’t told this until I reached the pickup window after I had already paid. I asked to speak with the manager, but she seemed angry and defensive when I inquired if there were any straws available in the lobby. She replied no and told me to move along. I plan to call corporate to file a complaint about this experience.
The staff here during the night shift are incredibly friendly. My experience with some of the morning crew wasn't the same, but the kindness and courtesy of the night shift more than makes up for it. Since I work the night shift at a nearby hospital, I often stop by for coffee before my shift, and the employees are always smiling. It's such a nice way to start my day! Thanks to the team!
The drive-thru cashier was exceptionally friendly and attentive to my order. Even though the manager's response wasn't what I expected, the cashier remained calm and maintained a cheerful attitude with a smile throughout my visit. He even remembered my dessert, which was a nice touch. I hope to have his assistance again in the future, as he truly made my evening special!
I ordered two Happy Meals for my kids, and they had a wonderful time playing at the playground. When the meals finally arrived, they were thrilled! They had a fantastic time. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, especially with the deals available on the McDonald's app.

The ambiance here is delightful, with welcoming staff and smiles everywhere you look. I decided to try a kids' Happy Meal, which came in an adorable green Halloween bucket. I do wish they had an adult version of the Happy Meal as well. Great job, McDonald's – your dedication really shines through!
Consistently dependable and never disappoints! I usually go for my favorite order: the 2 for $3.50 deal, which includes 1 McDouble, 1 McChicken, and a large sweet tea. It totals around $5 for lunch, offering great value these days!
The fries, which were advertised as large, were only half full. Moreover, the fish sandwiches were overcooked, and the cheese and sauce appeared to have been sloppily applied. This location has repeatedly faced quality problems.
I often notice that they forget to include sauces for the nuggets, and my larger orders frequently have missing items. Despite paying more than fair prices, it seems like something is overlooked each time I order.

The chicken sandwich was dry and tough; I wouldn't order it again. I requested BBQ sauce, but it was missing. The fries were also undercooked.
A great restaurant! The service is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious.
