So normally I don't rate any McDonalds because most are nothing special at all. In fact I have been coming to this one regularly for years without even batting an eye for reviewing it. They have a automated cash register now which I was trying to order a Happy Meal with Gogurt and Apples instead of french fries. The machine was not letting me change the french fries and I gave up after a minute. (No I did not ask for help nor call attention to it. When I ordered the nice lady had my drink right there ready when it usually takes a minute or two. She must have seen me trying to not order fries because she asked if I was trying to get sonething else instead of them. I said Yes I wanted both Gogurt and Apples. She happily gave me what I wanted. So to the employee tonight...Thank You for noticing me at the automated register and giving me what I actually wanted tonight.
Made me wait 10 minutes for a large fries. Then fulfilled other orders before mine. Now for those that didn?t order fries, it?s cool, they have to made them and sometimes that takes a minute. The kicker was one clerk providing large fries before I got mine. Then when I asked why that happened I was told to ?cool it?. First of all, where is your decency sir? No one likes cold fries! All I wanted was an apology a quick, ?I?m sorry?. I got none, and was offered no ketchup to go with my disdain. So if this McDonald?s has no line, and you?re craving a Big Mac, go to the one nearby. This place has plenty of one star reviews, I guess for a reason.
The worst franchise location in the history of McDonald?s! Such terrible service for the area where she is. A constant disappointment. Staff is dead as if they hate their jobs. Fast robots like interaction. Cashier removes elements from the mobile order without entertaining the customer much less. NIE GUAVA PIES and never any PEANUTS for the SUNDAES! Learn something from CHICK-FIL-A! You have it together. I won't support this fucking box location anymore!
