Poor food quality. I asked for no ice in my soda it was loaded with ice, and no refills available, unlike other McDonald's. Fries were soft when I asked for overcooked, fresh fries. I ordered the 2x quarter pound burger with no pickles or onions. Thesandwich had pickles and onions. Was not a grill order. Staff could not or would not follow directions. One small group ofcustomers was waiting for their order. My order wasn't taken until the other customers left. I waited for over 5 minutes thatcould have been used to place my order. I don't mind waiting for hot, quality food. My order was neither. This is why I don'torder to go or use the drive through.
I had the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Several items on the menu were unavailable, the customer service was subpar, and we didn’t receive straws or napkins. To make matters worse, the meals looked like they had been thrown together in a hurry. This was in the afternoon when they weren’t even busy. The only bright spot was the taste of the food, but that's something you would expect, considering that everything is frozen to start with.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Both employees at the drive-thru were quite rude, and they didn’t get our order right. The person at the second window was especially unfriendly and shot me a dirty look when I asked for our missing drink. There was a complete lack of manners. I've given this place three chances, but I’m done. I think the district or regional manager should address these issues, but I’m not hopeful that anything will change.
This location is fantastic on sunny days, but as soon as the blue sky fades, the experience at McDonald's takes a nosedive. How can they close at 5 PM just because the sun is gone? It’s almost absurd, as if they transform into vampires, treating customers like sunlight and garlic trying to enter. They make you wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru! But hey, it’s North STL—what can you expect? Lmao.

I really can't comprehend how anyone could find this burger patty acceptable. It's frustrating to see that people seem indifferent to the quality. If this were a burger meant for their own children, I'm sure it would have been prepared properly. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to return it as I would have liked. What a disappointment.
There was a long line, but that's not their fault. It's a popular spot, so if you're looking for a quick meal, be prepared to wait a bit. The drive-thru service was fantastic; however, when I left and took a bite of my French fries, they were unfortunately too cold. Other than that, it was a great location with excellent service.
Food always missing in orders. And they just shut down their restaurant whenever they want to and refuse to fulfill orders. Like every other fast food restaurant out here. Kids that don't care to work. And managers that don't care either. Kinda hard to runa successful company when you have trash working for ya.
This McDonald's location has a quick drive-thru service. If you visit often, you might notice that they don’t always have shakes available. The service is efficient, and the staff is friendly.

Tried to order though the drive thru but no one would answer so I pulled up to the window after several others got helped. The lady took my order and she was very polite and kind to me.
What can I say about the delicious hot fries and fish fillet sandwiches? They are absolutely scrumptious!
