Seriously this place is gone to the dogs. Imagine sitting in line at a fast food restaurant for over 25 minutes to get a burger and fries. Only to receive said Burger and half of the large fry you ordered. Cold limp fries inside of a large container whichcould have easily fit in a medium container. I'm so sick of these restaurants. Fast food is no longer fast food, the service issubpar, and the food is not even as advertised. I'm literally getting jipped on my food while also waiting for almost 30 minutesto get it.
Ok, so I went and tried the new Spicy chicken nuggets, I personally prefer the Wendy's spicy nuggets they are much more tender and fresh tasting. The McDonald's Spicy Nuggets were Spicy alone, add on the Spicy sauce and they will make you sweat!!! But mine were extremely dry and hard, one had a weird rubber chewy piece so that was interesting, I can say I tried them but I was not impressed.
Everything was wonderful, but when I asked for fresh fries, the Spanish manager insisted I take the warm ones instead. I politely declined, explaining that fresh fries are made to order. It's essential for them to recognize the importance of allowing customers to wait for freshly prepared food—after all, the customer should always come first. That's all there is to it.
I had a strange and disappointing experience tonight around 8:20 PM. There were only two cars ahead of me in line. I ordered through my mobile app, which I usually love! I got a McChicken, but to my surprise, it came without any chicken! There was enough mayo to make two more sandwiches. Check out the picture! Reserva una mesa ahora
The fries were cold, and the double cheeseburgers came out lukewarm with unmelted cheese. The M&Ms on top of the McFlurry were just thrown on, and some of them spilled out. Paying $18 for my meal and a Happy Meal for my daughter felt overpriced, especially considering the quality was below average at best.
Long lines and when did Mikey D's get so expensive? My granddaughter wanted a McFlurry and the ice cream machine wasn't working. Are those machines ever in working order? Alt Spgs McDonald's (on 434 by Walmart) is just as bad with their machine being brokennumerous times. Very frustrating.
