I ordered from McDonald's, which is somewhat unusual for me as I'm quite particular about what I eat. I decided to go with the Egg McMuffin since it's the only menu item made with a real egg, and I appreciated its appealing round shape. To my surprise, it was quite tasty! I also tried the pancakes, which were decent, but I wasn't impressed with the hash browns, and the coffee was just average. In the end, I gave McDonald's a four-star rating, mainly due to the hash browns. I had read in several articles that many other egg dishes at McDonald's are made with liquid eggs that are produced, frozen, and then reheated.
I placed a takeout order through the app and ended up waiting close to 20 minutes for my food. It appeared they were giving priority to drive-thru orders over pick-up. When my Big Mac finally arrived, it was poorly put together, with both patties stacked on one side, leaving the top bun without any meat. This was unusual compared to my past visits. I’ve had better experiences before, so this time was frustrating, especially since I spent nearly my entire lunch break waiting for my meal.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. That said, I must highlight a young lady who makes an incredible caramel frappé, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my issue lies with the food. I ordered the "home-style chicken sandwich," and it ended up tasting and looking more like a large chicken nugget. If you've tried chicken sandwiches from other restaurants, you'll see that McDonald's doesn't even come close to the standard.
The manager, who spoke with an accent, was quite unhelpful when I asked for a drink refill, treating it as if it were a major inconvenience. I only requested one refill, but it felt nearly impossible to get. If my cup hadn’t been packed full of ice, I might not have needed to ask at all. I had thought McDonald's allowed refills on drinks and fries, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

I ordered a quarter pound cheese meal, but instead received a plain quarter pounder, and the fries were cold. On top of that, the apple pie I got was old. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back to this McDonald's. I can't help but feel that the quality of my food was impacted by my race, and while I wish I didn’t feel that way, it's how I honestly feel. It's really frustrating.
I want to highlight Tyleah, the night manager. I hope I'm saying her name right. She was amazing! When I had an issue with my food, she addressed it promptly. My experience was both professional and enjoyable, all thanks to this wonderful young lady.
The service and ambiance are both enjoyable and attentive. The food is usually quite good, but the burger I ordered yesterday was excessively salty, making it inedible. I ended up just having the bun and fries while I sipped on my sweet tea.
This McDonald's stands out for its consistently excellent food quality and freshness. The customer service is always top-notch as well. I genuinely enjoy eating here!

The filet was excellent, but the fries were only mediocre. Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets were undercooked, and I even found a hard piece that resembled a bone.
I've had incomplete orders three times in a row, and it's incredibly frustrating!
