After this experience at this McDonald's location, I will never eat at McDonald's again. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a medium Sprite. While the fries and drink were fine, the burger was not. When I took a bite, I encountered a lot of slimy texture. I couldn't tell if it was spit or something going on with the meat, but I immediately threw it all in the garbage. I have been a long-time McDonald's customer and have never experienced anything like this. It was seriously traumatic.
You’d think they’d let you move up when there’s no one behind you, but instead, they make you wait to keep their drive-through times looking good. Then, they bring out your order mixed with other customers' food and carry all the bags from car to car until they reach you. The way this place is managed is a complete joke. Corporate really needs to step in before someone gets seriously sick due to poor food handling.
I went to this restaurant today and ordered a large fries and a double cheeseburger. I appreciate it when fries are cooked to a crispy, golden brown, and this location nailed it perfectly, so I just had to snap a photo. Interestingly, a review I read six months ago mentioned the same thing about the fries – they were cooked just right then too. I really loved it!
This used to be my go-to McDonald’s, but I might need to take a break from this location. They’ve messed up my Egg McMuffin orders by leaving out the ham. Once, they asked me to wait for a coffee order, but after 10 minutes with no coffee, I had to go inside to get it myself. This used to be the best McDonald’s around, but not anymore. I would like to recognize the dedication of the lady manager at this restaurant (I can never remember her name). She does an exceptional job, and I genuinely appreciate her efforts. For context, she was on duty on September 21, 2022, at 4 p.m. Thank you!
I'm still waiting in the mobile pickup area. I ordered two drinks and have been here for 20 minutes. It's just two drinks! I would understand if I had ordered food, but how difficult can it be to fill two cups and bring them out?
While there is truck parking available, I strongly advise against attempting to navigate it with a 53-foot trailer—especially since McDonald's chose to place both of their recycling dumpsters in one of the spots!

There are plenty of parking spaces available for trucks and trailers. The place is very clean and follows COVID safety protocols.
