I know that checking a fast food restaurant seems silly, as we all come to expect a certain amount of service or quality from such a company. The McDonald’s in Souderton, PA is definitely the exception to your average fast food experience. All employees are extremely friendly, personal and attentive. In this day and age it is rare to find a person, let alone a whole business value of people who are all really taking care and proud of their jobs. On several occasions I have seen that the staff people with the ordered kiosks who have difficulties or do not hesitate to take their orders at the counter if this is easier for the customer. I have to say I miss the look of the old building. It definitely does not have the warm feeling from the outside that it used. I am also disappointed that they were gone with the playground. My children are a big part of why I come here. Since the rejuvenation, the child-friendly feeling has been gone and this has stopped coming here to eat. But the staff is very friendly and they do a good job to keep it clean. And I've never had a problem with my order, in even they seem to get your food in time. And it's always what I ordered. Unlike my personal preference on the old VS, the new is a very nice clean and friendly atmosphere.

The best fast food place. Food quality is always good and orders are always correct except when there are new rentals (because McDonald's is too cheap to pay their employees properly). Workers are friendly and service is fast.

They cut us chicken nuggets. We have 18 nuggets in our 20 pieces. They also did not give us the sauces we ordered in our mobile app.

I had Lunch at McDonald's itt tasted great. I treated myself to a sheak, it was very good
