I will be reporting this McDonald's directly to corporate, not to the ineffective manager they send who fails to do her job. When I was there picking up an order for a client, I overheard how unprofessionally the management spoke to their employees. They are understaffed and desperately need retraining. Honestly, this location should be shut down for good—Rocky Point deserves better! They removed the loud manager who disrespected the staff, only to replace her with even less competent managers.
