It's decent overall. The drive-thru speaker can be hard to understand, but ordering inside tends to take longer. Even when the drive-thru line is long, it moves efficiently. Then again, I’m retired, so my perception of time might be different. When I ask the drive-thru speaker to repeat themselves, they don’t slow down or speak more clearly, but the ordering process is straightforward enough to manage. My grandkids seem to understand it just fine, so maybe it’s just me.
The hashbrowns are consistently cold and soggy, and the service is always subpar. The coffee tastes like it has been sitting out for six hours, even during the morning rush. Additionally, they frequently overdo it on the sauce for the burgers. It's evident that both management and staff have lost interest in this location. I would recommend steering clear of it altogether.
Extremely poor customer service. Paid for a chocolate shake was given a vanilla shake. Instead of fixing the issue, an employee wanted to argue with me. This staff needs a lesson on customer

It's impossible to hear the kid in the drive through speaker. Thought there was something wrong with the speakers till I got to window. It's him not the speaker.
The crew placing order for us doesn't honor the receipt survey promotion. Awful experience, definitely not going to this McDonald's again.
They claim to close at 10:00 pm, but they actually shut down by 8:25. Additionally, the drive-thru staff are very rude.
