Having lived in this neighborhood for over 33 years, I've seen a consistent decline in this McDonald's. The food has become dry and often appears to be left out, while customer service has noticeably deteriorated. Last night at midnight, I waited at the register for more than 10 minutes without being served, even though I was the only customer there. The three staff members glanced at me multiple times but said nothing; two were laughing in the back, clearly indifferent. Worse McDonald?s ever!!!! I was hesitant on getting McDonald?s in the first place but i was craving a spicy chicken sandwich. I was at the kiosk and i ordered it and was very surprised to see that the ice cream machine was working for mcflurries. So idecided to get an Oreo McFlurry. I got home and ate the sandwich and fries. I went for the McFlurry which is okay but thecontainer they used was a drinking container that you can fill soda with. This McDonald's location is impressively good. It's a busy restaurant located on Liberty Ave, near Lefferts Boulevard. The service is outstanding, with minimal wait time from the moment you pay to when you receive your food. Upon entering, you'll notice a few two-seat tables with the registers situated further inside. This McDonald's has two levels, and the upper area features a spacious and well-maintained environment that can comfortably seat over 50 guests. The service is not just quick, but also friendly, which is typical of most McDonald's locations.
This location is DISGUSTING! I repeat DISGUSTING I seen a roach crawling by the workstation in the back of the counter and a 2 mouses were inside of the bathroom. I never would dine here again. On the note of dining the food was raw and uncooked it didn'teven taste like they put effort into my burger just pink and chewy as for my drink I seen two dead bugs in my cup and I willnever I repeat NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN!!

I don?t remember McDonald?s cooking their meat anything temperature other than well done. Meat was very undercooked actually had blood in it still. This location is very unorganized and bad customer service. They did not put bacon on the new BLT cheeseburger they have ADVERTISED. Also gave me the wrong dessert. Very disappointed and disgusted.
This restaurant was amazing! I had a minor hearing issue, but one of the staff members noticed my order number and brought my bag to me. Without their help, I would have had to wait a little longer. I'm truly impressed! The employees here are exceptionally friendly.
Small but crowded but understandable I went there today and they are honestly great. Very respectful and responsible even though they made a mistake and I ended up waiting a bit their costumer service is at its peak I don?t wanna go to any other ngl
Don?t order from them in UberEats. They will never make the order because they are lazy. Your delivery person will just be waiting there. Mine waited there an hour and they never made the order.
