I was at the counter today while a young girl was on stage, and it was quite busy. A large family came in with a variety of special orders. As we waited for our orders, there was a rude older man who began complaining about the wait time. It was clear that the girl and the other employees were doing their best to serve everyone quickly and accurately. I was really impressed by how she handled the situation.
