I came in to the store and was having a personal emergency needing to use the bathroom) and I was fust told it was closed then the staff snickered and laughed at me. Then I was told that I had to buy something to eat before I could use the bathroom and they cheated proceeded to the door and come in the bathroom to say things to me . I have never felt more humiliated and harassed in a restaurant in my lifeKid-friendliness: Most rude and unfriendly staff I've ever dealt with in my life I was treated as if I was a homeless man when I'm not
I really enjoy the new chocolatey pretzel McFlurry at this restaurant! The sign says they are open until 3am, and it seems like they are because they are still serving customers past midnight. However, when I went shortly after midnight, all of the menu signs were off. It's not a big deal, but it made it a bit confusing as I couldn't see what items they offered at this location.
This is a fantastic spot to grab a coffee in the morning. It's usually more efficient to go inside to place your order, as the drive-thru can be slow. The interior and exterior are clean and stylish. They use no-contact kiosks for ordering. I would definitely suggest checking it out.
New building, easy enough drive through and easy to access/exit parking area.The food is always cold, with skimpy amounts of fries, but the coffee is always fresh and delicious. Very friendly staff!

The service is quick, and the food is freshly prepared. The interior has also been recently remodeled. It's exactly what you would expect from a franchise of this national chain.
We had a great time at the play center! The staff was helpful and polite, and we enjoyed the company of other guests with children who were also very nice.
The employees were great! The food, not so much… fries were undercooked and my cheeseburger was warm at best, with cold cheese on it. Disappointed.
All the items we ordered were included in the to-go bag. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was excellent!
