Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

It was boxing day lunch so was not in a terrible rush. The food took minutes to arrive which I think is the longest McDonald’s wait I have experienced. Would not have minded if there was any warning of the delay. When the food...arrived it was hot and tasty. Had to go back to the counter for the sauces ordered. Hardly any clean tables and a lot of mess around the counter. Clearly they did not have enough staff to put ffer a decent service. The manager could have done a lot better.

I hate seeing the wonderful photographs of Big Macs etc but when you get them from over the counter they are just soggy, aged, buns. For a long time I have never had such a freshly cooked burger with great service. Nicely cleaned area which...is necessary in this coronavirus era. Pre-order screens were being wiped down regularly. Table spotlessly clean. And, as I said, freshly cooked food. For the first time, I think, I can give McDonalds a star rating for this outlet.

Visited Mc D’s as in a hurry on a journey and “fast food seemed like the best snack. WRONG! Took ages to arrive but now I know why Mc Donald’s took away the staff and put in machines... the staff are miserable, may not be...everyone’s dream job but please smile and act as if you have some customer service skills.

Longer waiting times than usual this morning,but at least both the server and manageress took the time to apologise. Food was the usual average standard,a bit better than my last few orders in other branches recently.

There was over people in the waiting area and I don’t think a single member of the staff was even warm let alone breaking a sweat l. I’ve seriously seen move enthusiastic people walking into work on a bank holiday.
