Great service, friendly and helpful staff. It?s a new Mcdonalds with ordering kiosks and self serve fountain drinks. Decor is hip, couches, benches, high table seating areas. Lots of options. Cleaning wipes as well to wipe down tables. Quarter pounder was pink and staff took it back without issue and made a fresh new one with no issues. I would?ve rated it at 5 if the bathroom cleanliness was better customers contribute to the unhygienic conditions but you expect staff to keep up. Additionally fountain area was sticky and messy; again I understand customers role in this but staff could?ve cleaned. When I went we were the only customers seated inside and no one came the entire time to wipe do...
Uh uh... Somethings always wrong there and it's working on my patience. With it's location I'm just surprised. Whether their Frappe machine is down or the fact that they don't sell smoothies yet like their other location, it's just the laundry list of things that I'm sure more than me sees. If a person loves what they do (employees), their patrons are in line for that good food and awesome customer service.
First time in a year McDonald? McFlurry Oreo became bigger? but Oreo was not inside it's like topping on the vanilla ice cream at this time or something changed? French fries were was just cooked so still hot and enough mount with deals L size so free.(I got small mount some times before in some stores) I use curbside pickup after order by online. Arrived in 7 mins at this time, not bad
I 've been here a few times in the past and most of the time, its been fine. Other times, some of the employees are rude. My last visit was like this when I went in thw drive though, I was getting money together to pay for my order and the employee at the window asked in a very rude manner Are you going to pay? So I just left and went to a different McDonald 's.

My visit to the Brookhaven McDonald's was quite disappointing. The staff was unhelpful, and I found myself waiting nearly 30 minutes for my food. I ordered four McChickens and a large fry at 2:03, but I didn't receive my order until 2:40. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered they had forgotten the fries! Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Just order a unsweetened tea told me they didn?t have enough to fill it wanted to see if they could top it off with sweet tea. I said no I wanted a refund and said they found some more in the back. Didn?t feel like arguing with them but seemedsuspicious. Took drink and left completely sweet tea. Do not appreciate being lied.
Food was fresh, especially the fries. The nuggets didn't stink. People who eat at mcdonalds know what I'm talking about. If you get nuggets and they smell like farts take them back. Just like chicken you know bad chicken cuz it smells just like that. Butnot here nice and fresh. Drive thru service was excellent .
My experience here is usually a good one. No matter where I go, I ALWAYS request fresh fries. They delivered. The GM here is awesome and the young children that work there do a great job serving at the drive thru. Thank you.

I have only used the drive thru and have not gone inside. Based on that, this isn't a bad mcondalds. Fewer mistakes on orders than most fast food places, food is usually hot, wait times are reasonable.
The food was unexpectedly fantastic! I would definitely return, as everything was fresh and delicious.
