McDonald's - Reserva de mesa

Extremely disappointed! Visited this McDonald 's today Nov. 2nd, around 9am. Went through the drive thru, and let me start by saying immediately we were passed up to have our order taken a few times while the other line kept moving. Secondly, when wearrived to the 2nd window the staff member did not even greet us, no smile, no anything just handed me my bag of food. No wouldyou like sauce NOTHING. When I asked for ranch he nodded yes, still without saying anything. It was very awkward but fine, thatI can let go. The drive through line was long so we went inside. Ordered on the kiosk, took a table which was as added to the transaction so they know where to bring the food, then we sat and waited. When our order was ready, they kept calling the order on thereceipt and would not bring our food to the table so i got our food at the counter had to return because items were missing andneeded ketchup. There was even an ad/sticker to try their table service. No thanks! There was even a guy that went to thecounter and told them he has not rcvd his frozen drink and as waiting 20 mins. This McDonald's did the best ever in completing my special order of fries without salt and extra crispy. I always ask for that at many McDonald's and they rarely get it right, but these guys did it perfectly! It's a very good sign that their people care about their customers satisfaction. Thank you!

Wonderful service! Hate the fact that people are so inconsiderate and start complaining like babies. Go eat somewhere else or at home. No one is forcing you to eat at this location. Workers are doing their best. Reserva una mesa ahora

Employee hear my somewhat low voice. Cordial, while processing my order fast but not furious. Courteous employees at all points of drive thru. Food quality on top of this was great.

Bad service, nobody taking orders. A bunch of people waiting, no one asking if anything is needed. The statement has like 100 lies

Waited 15 min just to put in a order. Takes a long time to get your order. But the people are nice. Yes they are short staff.
