Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

The worst McDonalds in Telford. We ordered through the drive through, paid and received our hot drinks and we were asked to wait for our food at the next window. We waited minutes in all before receiving our food. An employee had to come...and ask us what we had ordered! When we got home our coffees were cold and fries were cold and like cardboard. We always have problems at this branch; wrong orders, cold food, long waits for food. Why? The other restaurants in Telford never seem to have these problems. We have complained to head office before and we were told “we would see improvements”! What a joke!

Ordered Mac meals. Staff friendly and helpful. However, after receiving the food, putting it in a insulated container and minute run home, the meat in the bubs was cold. Also, the cheese, onions and pickles were absent in both. Very, very disappointed.

Hard to understand why in a very busy McDonald’s with limited seating there is a need for tables, allowing for at least people to sit down to be taken up by unused ‘staff break’ and ‘Uber eats’ tables. Seriously needs rethinking at peak...times

Everytime i go here the order is wrong. Once again got home and burgers have cheese all over them when i requested no cheese (see picture) This has happened at least times this year. Last time even had extra pickles on when requested none.

This McDonald's is possibly the worst in the world, with missing dips, burnt buns, and wrong orders. Despite these issues, McDonald's corporate doesn't seem to care.
