I was at the Bayless Avenue location in St Louis, MO and put an order in on the app while waiting in line for my doordash order. The people ahead of me went on so I get to the box and nothing. For 30 minutes. I finally started to leave when another customer told me the manager is walking an employee home so they aren 't taking orders right now until 11pm. He caught an employee smoking on the other side of the building when he was pulling in who told him this. Nobody from the store bothered to get on the intercom and let me know. I need a refund for my mobile order. And I expect this manager to be disciplined for leaving his shift to sleep with an employee which we all know thats the only reason he left to walk them home. If he was worried about said employee he 'd have called an uber. This place has the worst service, but what do you expect when management thinks its ok to leave. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
