I am not a rocket scientist but I went to 2 McDonald's and had to wait at least 20 plus minutes in the drive thru line because the inside was closed. McDonald's has been around how long but Chick-fil-A has their you no what together. Drive thru, inside usually open, and low and behold a walk up window for door dash and others. Now how smart is that. I have a hard time rating McDonald's very hi when they are so far behind the times. If your a driver for dash or someone else taking late night orders at McDonald's can be a money loser. I think I got a total of $9 dollars on two orders drove 20 miles and waited in line for close to one hour. I no I should think twice before taking a order for Mc...
We went to the drive-thru yesterday and ordered drinks with extra ice. When we didn't get extra ice we went back through but we didn't order. When we got to the window we were told that they could not put more ice in our sodas so we asked for a glass of ice water and they said you need to go back around and order it. This is the worst customer service that we have gotten in quite a while. He was in African American gentleman, not gentleman because he was quite rude and this is the McDonald's on Bell road and 19th avenue and it was it was about 11:00 p.m. this is how businesses lose loyal customers.....
I used to love coming here but this place has really gone down with their order takers and order fillers. I have always asked for no onions as I have an allergy to them. Never had an issue until this year. I never get my order correct. One guy, when I ordered a plain sausage biscuit, (meaning no egg or cheese) literally asked me, So do you want a biscuit with that then. . Overall most of the drive through staff are very friendly and helpful but won 't go here anymore unless I am desperate. Very disappointed
I stop this morning drive through to get ice tea and ice cream in a cone and received ice cream in cup with cone being upside down. Women working at the window is pure hater I have never had any sort of conversation in any way with her but she told me she is not talking to me why? have no idea.Time was around 11:00 am on 06/21/23Attention,if you please.Thank youSarina Starfish

Ordered a kids burger and added tomatoes, no tomatoes. When i opened my filet a fish box, the fleet was hanging half way off the bun, there was hardly and tarter sauce and the cheese was hanging off the filet as well, like they threw it together without looking. Ordered unsweetened tea, got sweet tea. Total disappointment.Food: 1/5
2 times in past month been there IT use to have a great service. The new manager is rude and barks at customers. BOTH times I've been there He has barked at me about my order THEN I see him arguing with a teen. Instead of paying attention to the customer in front of him
Drive inn was pack so i decided to go in and one person working the cashier and was waiting for 20 minutes before I gave up and left, don’t go inside this McDonald’s the service is very bad you are better off going through the drive through 4/24/23 1150am
Had time to write this in the drive through 20 min for a cheese burger is too long. You guys take your mctime, you have 2 drive through lanes you can't just help one side.Food: 3/5

The drive through sometimes takes 3 mins sometimes takes 10-15mins. Wish they could organize a little better and be more consistent with time
Love the quick drive through for ice.. $1.69 for 2 bags. And large Ice Tea with slices of lemon ? ?Food: 5/5
