I grew up in west nyack. and this place has always been pretty bad. But went to see family and stayed pretty late so we stopped here to get something for the hour plus ride home. Omg looking through the window the place was a mess and dirty inside. people standing around no gloves seen on anybody. That was the clue to drive away. But we stayed and got some burgers and fries. Omg the burgers were, well McDonalds burgers. How good can they be right. But the fries. Ice cold and stale. Even the kids were like this is disgusting. I'm not sure what people are getting paid but I see a we are hiring at the McDonalds by my job and they say starting at 18 an hour. If this is what they are getting paid...
Quiet Tuesday morning. Ordered through app. Ordered the happy meal with the Halloween pail with nuggets.. they have my kid a burger with chewy bun instead but they made it up by giving the nuggets after we told them the mistake. Fries was good. Honest apple juice was 42% juice, maybe should have gotten OJ instead. My kid didnt like the apple slices, maybe too sour for her taste. I had a crispy chicken sandwich with 2 tiny tomatoes slices and 2 pieces of chicken that did not stay in the burger. Maybe there was too much mayonnaise. Overall food was lacking.
This location consistently fails to follow order instructions. I specifically requested the removal of pickles from all the sandwiches and selected three types of sauces, but none of my requests were honored. All the sandwiches came with pickles, and there were no sauces at all. I'm extremely disappointed! I won't be ordering from them again. I've given them four chances, but that's it—never again.
To many people work there who can't read, comprehend or write English. Twice I have ordered from them through Grun Hub. Order is extremely expensive but, That is Grubhub for you. However,These people Never gets the orders right. They left things out and gave me completely wrong sandwiches. Just terrible.

Went to the drivethru and ordered a large meal, after we paid at the next window we were informed that large fries weren't available. We were not offered a refund, we were expected to be ok with an overpriced medium fry. They were also out of ketchup. No apology or empathy from the staff.
They don't even mix the Oreo mcflurry over here. The guy literally put the soft serve in the cup and some Oreo crumbs and hands it to me. They obviously don't train the employees on the products they sell. I went to another employee and after explaining had them mix it up for me.
Got to the drive through window at 4:30 pm on a Monday and ordered ice cream. The person working responded “no ice cream” and that’s it. How do you have no ice cream mid day at the beginning of the week? Do better.
I've never been grossed out at a McDonald's before, but seeing a fly strip hanging right above the pickup counters made me want to leave without my food.
