I'm not sure if this place has been recently renovated, but the interior was immaculate. We went in for the Shamrock Shake, and I honestly haven’t visited a McDonald's in about 6 or 7 months. This location was very efficient; I was served in less than a minute. It was a bit unclear whether the seating inside was open, as it appeared completely empty. Nevertheless, this is a really convenient spot if you're driving along Hiawatha, and I might have to come back even if the Shamrock Shake isn't on the menu.
I had a disappointing experience with my order. They consistently forget items, and when I go in to ask for the missing items, the tall, dark-skinned lady manager is very dismissive and makes me feel like I'm lying just to get free food. It's really frustrating since it's their mistake. Super rude behavior.
I understand that many people have had unpleasant experiences, but I visited yesterday and think it's essential to highlight the positives! The manager was very attentive, cleaning the floors and checking in with customers about their orders. It may take some time, but I truly hope they continue to improve!
Crazy. Over 20 minutes for a small order and 5 people got their food before me cause they deleted my order. Employees tried to make right but already wasted 20+ minutes of my time. Employees socialize a lot too. They are nice but s**t service. Flies flying around too. Been to better McDonald's.

The food was piping hot and fresh, but the customer service could use some improvement. During our visit, there was no one at the register to take our order while we waited in line, so we ended up having to place our orders at the kiosk instead.
This McDonald's really impressed me! The drive-thru service was lightning fast, and my order was spot on. They had everything I was looking for, resulting in a fantastic experience overall.
This McDonald's is fantastic! The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is quick. The lines here are much shorter compared to other locations. It's definitely a hidden gem!
