I just left McDonald’s on Hamilton Road in Gahanna, and at the speaker I asked for extra tartar on my two filets sandwiches but they forgot to add it on the receipt. I get to the window and advised they had forgotten it, the server at the window was Very Polite, but the manager is obviously being funny and kept shouting out .30 cent if she wants it!! (Never showing his face, mind you).Unbelievable! No professionalism at all! Even the server at the window thought he was obnoxious, and he was willing to put a 1 in on my order to cover his obnoxious behavior. Used to be a decent McDonalds, but not anymore. Service is terrible, everything always takes so long at this location. The employees are ALWAYS unprofessional, rude, loud, and obnoxious. Always shouting, swearing and playing around. They don't know how to prepare the food and drinks properly and they don't CARE. Even the managers are rude. This place has gone downhill SO MUCH in the past year. NEVER going back. What a shame.
So, I was over there today in the morning. The girl that took my order was unfocused when taking my order. After 15 minutes I took another order and then, the girls in the back they were in their phones and I waited 7 minutes waiting for them to take my order, while they were on the phone behind when they are supposed to be working. There was a very kind man who took my order when it was the girls' responsibility.
Terrible customer service ! The guy taking orders needs fired ! Our order was wrong and he tried to blame us and say we said it wrong over the speaker and that we needed to keep our opinions to ourselves about it when we complained . This location is a joke who ever owns this location is ruining there business by not having good management in place to baby sit the kids working here ! Owners management take note

Every time I visit, the milkshake machine is out of order. The staff is always apologetic, which is appreciated, but I'm getting frustrated with not being able to enjoy any milkshakes.
Good location to come to. Got my food fairly quickly and it was during a busy time too. I'd come back out this location again in the future.
The staff were unprofessionally chatting and swearing at the front counter during my visit at 3:05 PM on March 8, 2024.
The experience was fast and effortless. A kind gentleman brought the food to my son and me.
