Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I've never been more disappointed in customer service. I walked in and the dining room was supposed to be open for another hour and twenty minutes but the majority of the dining room was already partitioned off. No one was at the front counter or even keeping an eye on the front counter. I waited around for a couple minutes and then went to order on the kiosk. When I ordered on the kiosk, I requested my food be for dine in. I went to find a table in the small part of the dining room that was available and the tables were messy covered in French fries and nuggets that were all over the table, chairs, and floor, along with ketchup and mustard that were smeared everywhere. I visited this McDonalds two years ago during an interstate move, and I am sometimes reminded of how small the cheeseburger patty I was served was.
