Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Following 2 orders from Mac do green door, we met worries each time. For the 1st, there was a sandwich forget, another sandwich's bread seemed to have started. We went back to get the sandwich and exchange the other sandwich, the manager didn't apologize and didn't even offer us a small commercial gesture. For the 2nd order we were careful, so in front of the employee we checked, all the drinks and ice were missing. They finally brought us the bag but some drinks were spilled and a girl's burger was soaked... The time they brought us the drinks, the burgers and the fries were cold... When they arrived at home, an error had been made on the scent of an ice cream. On the other hand, a small commercial gesture was made but only as a result of our claim. We are really very disappointed and think we're not going back to this restaurant anymore.

What a panic! There were exactly seven tables taken inside. Certainly from the world at the drive... we waited 16 on to have 1 child menu and 1 best of where it was missing the potatoes... 15 minutes to make the Planton in front of the dessert withdrawal counter to recover the ice from the child menu. ...without sympathy and in a restaurant where a duck cold reigns!! This Mac Do is worse and worse manages amability etc.

A few months ago, I came to this mac do, in the handicapped toilets, there were buttons on the water hunt and I went back to him yesterday, those always did. But what does the interview do? I'm surprised that the problem still exists, it doesn't give a good picture of the restaurant!
