Absurd. Second time leaving, even though I paid, with nothing. An iced coffee. Traditionally, have had 1 a day but now that I’ve moved here, I’ll count it as a blessing in disguise. In 2.5 weeks, only 1 has been made properly to corporate standards. Do they water their iced coffee down not train their staff, as well? Seems to be Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
It had been over a year and a half since my last visit due to poor service and food quality, and despite the glowing reports from others, my hopes were dashed once again.
