I recently visited a hair salon inside the mall with my daughter, and while we were there, I accidentally left my wallet on the counter. My husband’s observance is the first thing you see when you open it, and it contained all my tips, cards, social security card, and ID. As soon as I realized it was missing, I called the salon immediately. They asked for my last name, and when I arrived about five minutes later, only the manager was willing to assist me. I saw a girl that worked here EAT one of my fries straight from the box. That's not okay. I told the manager the next day and they said they would call back but they never did. Not coming here again. I'll walk down the other end of the mall and eat Chick-fil-a or something if I'm hungry. At home with a girlfriend it's not a big deal, but swapping spit with a stranger is disgusting. If the staff is willing to eat from the box of a customer before giving it to them, what else do they do in the kitchen that is horrible? I never come to this mcdonalds anymore.
I was very pleased with the service during my wait! While other cars continued to receive their orders, we patiently waited. When an employee finally came out, she informed us that they needed to reheat our quarter meals. As a gesture for the inconvenience, they offered us two apple cakes. They could have simply served us a burnt meal, but instead, they took the time to rectify the situation. Thank you!
I am old enough now to say the food at McDonald 's is not as good as it was back in the day . They are too concerned about being a trendy fast food restaurant. The was they cook now and prepare the food would make Ray Croc roll over in his grave. The quality has gone out the window. I worked for them 23 years ago and would have been sent home for looking or acting like they do. Just a sign of the times.

I’m really pleased with the service! We had to wait a bit longer than expected while other cars received their orders. When the employee finally came out, she explained that they needed to remake our Quarter Pounders. To make up for the wait, they offered us two apple pies. Instead of giving us a subpar meal, they took the time to fix it properly. Thank you!
Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. The burger was an absolute mess. The bottom bun was soaked with grease. Not worth the $10.
