Have you ever seen the McDonald's movie? This place certainly isn't living up to the legacy of the McDonald brothers. The staff needs to pick up the pace! I had already paid, waited half an hour, and then my order got taken off the system. To make matters worse, they didn't give me a receipt, so I had no proof that I had placed an order. It's absolutely ridiculous. They need to bring in a new manager who prioritizes customer service over interior design. Service: Takeout.
Shelly, the morning manager, is absolutely the rudest person at this establishment. The way she talks to her coworkers in front of customers is embarrassing for her!! You are how old and still act like that? Shelly, you give nothing but bad vibes. I see you every morning and nothing has changed. Everyone else who works here I've literally never had a problem with.
