I ordered from this McDonald's on September 3, 2020, through DoorDash. When my order arrived, I found a live ant crawling on my cookie, and I also didn't receive the French fries that were supposed to come with my combo! This isn't the first error this McDonald's has made. On August 13, 2020, I had another issue — my Oreo McFlurry and fries were both missing from that order as well. I checked my DoorDash receipt, and I was charged for the Oreo McFlurry, but it wasn't in the cup holder! I'm very disappointed, but honestly, I'm not surprised. This McDonald's needs to be shut down immediately due to multiple health hazards.
I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's last week. My girlfriend, her friend, and I were refused service, apparently due to our race, and were spoken to in a disrespectful manner. The staff, including the manager, behaved unprofessionally and used offensive language when asking us to leave the line. We reported the incident to corporate, who took it seriously, investigated, and acknowledged the staff's unacceptable behavior. They apologized to us and confirmed that those responsible had been terminated as a result.
I’ve been attempting to place orders through the McDonald's mobile app since it’s the closest location to my home. However, each time I visit, the staff claim they cannot locate my mobile order. Consequently, I have to switch my order to another nearby McDonald's, where everything goes smoothly. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, especially given that their outdated technology struggles to manage the modern menu efficiently.
The food I received from the McDonald's at the university was absolutely terrible. It was so bad that I didn't even need to throw it away; it was that unappetizing. I tried to call and voice my concerns, but no one answered the phone. The bread was so hard that it was impossible to eat. I will never spend my money there again.

I went through the drive-thru as usual, received my food and drink, and checked the bag for my straw. Out of nowhere, something hit my shoulder—it was a straw that an employee threw at me. Then, they quickly closed the window. This place is awful, and the staff are incredibly rude.
It's McDonald's. I went there last night and they had just reopened after a power outage. There were a few cars in front of me, and I was worried it would take a while, but surprisingly, the service was quite quick.
I had a wonderful experience at the drive-thru! Even though there was a long line, it went by quickly, and the service was outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, and everything was just perfect.
It's a great place for young kids who aren't fully ready for dining out yet. However, the fries used to be long and crispy, but now they are rather disappointing.

I absolutely adore this McDonald's! The manager is remarkable and truly goes above and beyond.
