The store is clean, the employees are kind. But the store (owners) has decided they will not cashier orders in person and will only take orders through the kiosk. We have had extremely bad experiences in other restaurants that go this route. My spouse almost made us leave the minute we walked in the door and saw the signs saying we could only order through the kiosk. The employees even admitted that they hate it, too. The service ended up being fine for us, but the order behind ours was messed up. The kiosk said we could only order for carry-out, but the employees said it was fine to dine it. So we did. Not a fan of the kiosk!We stopped to eat around 9 pm after a basketball game hoping to get a quick meal and get back on the road. It was 21 degrees outside and im pretty sure they had the air conditioner on because it was freezing inside ! When we finally got the kiosk figured out and went to get our sweet tea which is our favorite thing about McDonalds it was empty. We asked the girl behind the counter if she had some back there and she took our cups and 10 minutes later came back with our cups with a substance that tasted like Lake water. I got the Big Mac, a Dr Pepper, a McRib and a quarter pounder. The McRib and quarter pounder were good but the Big Mac buns were very dry. The patties weren't very good. The only good things about the Big Mac was the sauce and the pickles.
As far as McDonald's goes, this one was pretty good. My son's nuggets were hot and fresh, and so were the fries. The people at the windows were very friendly. Not like other McDonald's where the people look like they hate their jobs.

I ordered through DoorDash and received an excessive number of ketchup packets in my bag, which I did not order. I'm disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place.
I visit this place several times a week, and I can barely put my money away before my breakfast and coffee are ready. The staff is very friendly, too.
