Chances are if you order food from here the order is going to be wrong in some way. On top of this, if you go to this location any time after the inside dining closes then you are going to sit in the drivethru forever waiting for someone to take your order, the last two nights I have been here I saw people moving around inside and they saw me drive to the drivethru but no one came to help me or take my order. The first night someone finally took my order at the drivethru after I tried to enter the building to get my order taken, tonight when I went I drove around and tried to get their attention (very obvious that they saw me) and I still sat in the drivethru for 10 minutes with no one takin...
By far the worst McDonald's in the valley. I keep going back every few months because it's close. Today was more of the same. Placed my order he confirmed it yet when I get up to pay it's wrong and have to go all through it again . Pull to the next window get my drink then wait eight minutes to be told to pull ahead and wait some more. This was a simple order no changes or special req. all the time there 4-5 people standing around in side one worker steps outside the door to vape. I requested a refund an cancel order. They all stood around talking about it before someone finally gets me the refund. What a crappy location
I had a terrible experience at the Bridgewater McDonald's. Everything about my order was incorrect. I requested extra breakfast sauce, but there wasn't any on my meal at all. The sausage was burnt, and none of our food had cheese as it should have. I decided to give it another try today since the manager promised to replace my entire meal yesterday, but they only swapped out the sandwiches. Unfortunately, they got it wrong again. There was no breakfast sauce, or if there was, it certainly wasn't extra. I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's; they really missed the mark!
We have been here 4 or 5 times in the past month, and each time the order has been completely wrong, not to mention the amount of time we have had to wait in the drive through (with not that many cars). On their Facebook page, they reply to all of their negative reviews with an apology and asking people to leave an official complaint so they can improve their service. They have commented this on posts dating back to 2018. It is 2021, and not a single thing has improved. I will be getting my Bridgewater fast food fix from Dairy Queen from now on.

So, I advise potential employees to steer clear, even as a last resort. And for customers, I would recommend not dining here; there’s a good chance you won’t receive what you paid for, and there’s a possibility that food has been tampered with in some way, whether it's being influenced by vaping, marijuana, or something else that staff are using in the bathroom.
By far the worst McDonalds ive ever been to, and that's saying something. Orders are always screwed up, sloppy, and cold. Drinks are always flat or have soda dripping down the sides. You'll spend half your lunch waiting in the drive thru line. Corporate really needs to follow up on this store, as well as all the other Boxley operated ones in the area
Ordered a breakfast of bacon and cheese biscuit with the egg on the side. We asked twice that the egg was on the side and not on the biscuit it's self. And long behold somehow this simple request is messed up. But please can we give you $15.00 per hour? I just wish you had to answer to Ray Croft for your lack of customer service!!!
They don't pay their employees the right amount at all. Often cutting pay short for some reason and take advantage of people working part time and keeping them just under the hours they need to get full time benefits. Especially screwy at this location

last three times I went to this location there is always a wait on something. One time I paid for my fries and left after waiting for 7 minutes. Sucks cause it's close to my home but I won't ever be going here again.
