I placed a mobile order for a Sausage McMuffin, two hash browns, and a large coffee with cream and sugar. When I arrived, it took them an astonishing 20 minutes just to prepare my order, which I had placed over 10 minutes prior. To make matters worse, they gave me a black coffee instead of what I ordered. I went back inside, and I noticed all the employees were just standing around chatting with each other. Unbelievable! They eventually gave me the cream and sugar on the side. While the food was fine, the service and overall attitude of the staff really need improvement. Additionally, on April 24th, the men's restroom was in a terrible state. It's time for them to focus less on chatting and...
Why is this place still in business? Some of the staff are lazy, have bad attitudes, and are incredibly slow. The management is equally disappointing. The floor is dirty and slippery, which is concerning. I feel compelled to voice my complaints because this situation is quite unacceptable. It would be nice if the staff would acknowledge the customers who pay their salaries instead of simply ignoring them as they walk by.
I stopped going to this McDonald's because every other time I'm there I pull in they tell me to hold on wait a minute and then 2 minutes later somebody else pulls into the next drive-thru and they take their order first. I'd rather just go across the street to Arby's where there's one drive through.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly the whole area smells like weed
Certain employees refuse to give you your receipt. They like to keep them for themselves for whatever reason. Sometimes if you pull up to order they'll make you wait and then someone new will drive up to the other side and they'll take their order right away while you been waiting.

Ordered thru mobile app went thru drive thru order was still not ready, so they had me pull up and park. Then part of the order wasn't in the bag , so I went in and stood and waited for someone to help me.
It sucked they didn't put everything that was supposed to come on it and even selected Xtra and got none. They are horrible anymore I wouldnt take my pets there to eat
No clue how the food is. Idiots can't tell time. 9:53 and the lobby is closed. Can't fit vehicle through drive though. And these people want $15 an hour? ???
Watched an employee drop the cups all over the floor then proceeded to use the cups for customer orders.

The staff was very friendly, the service was excellent, and the food was made to order and fresh.
I stood there for over 10 minutes totally ignored. I must have the wrong skin color to eat here.
