I have NEVER seen such an ugly, dirty, dirty women's toilet in Switzerland in my LIFE. I've been living in Zurich for a long time and even there, on a Saturday morning at 4:00 a.m. after going out, you can find the toilets flashing clean. There's just no excuse, it's really, really bad. You can find something like this at a rest stop in Italy or France, but the fact that I see something like this in a SMALL McDonald's operation in Switzerland shocks me deeply. Anyone who carries out quality controls or checks hygiene would have a heart attack. I really wonder whether hygiene is maintained in the kitchen. As a long-time service employee, I would almost have to report this to the authorities....

Every month it's a McDonald's tradition for the whole family! Each time I get more than 100frs, this time if 103frs, the order was complete, BUT the fries were inedible!!! Much, much too much salt, I kindly call the McDonald's in PAYERNE to tell them that my fries are much too salty and there I am answered curtly or even dishonestly that this is the norm....I tell him what is the norm? Slowest McDonald's I've tried. Very slow service even with normal traffic. If you take a pose at midday and you are in a hurry, give it up!
