this troublesome is to store on 21050 haggerty road novi, mi 48375 I am one of the most understanding person they would ever meet, make sick this place not experienced a personal deficiency and in the rule I can tolerate the rudeness of the workers from this place, but today they were extremely rude of the person who had my ordering on the pick-up window, my food was so terrible

it took 35 minutes to get through the trip thru. there were many cars behind us and in front of us. the personal inside was simply not foldable as if it were a simple day. then they made our order wrong. I wanted to wait 35 minutes. great service if they have nothing to do ever. nice when I go to a restaurant. Hopefully it'll be faster.

The restaurant unexpectedly closed without notifying customers, leaving them stranded in the parking lot. I will definitely make an effort to avoid dining at this location in the future. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service at this establishment.

The line was really slow, probably because they were short staffed. Additionally, their electronics went down so I couldn't use my points or coupons to order in advance online. However, the Big Macs were still as good as always and the fries were really delicious.

I typically avoid fast food, but I occasionally take my teenagers and their friends to this restaurant. The fries are always hot and fresh at this location. I always order the large fries and they never disappoint - they are always delicious!
