Why does it take 20 minutes for one small chicken nugget at a mobile order to get out? Then the app says that it will be out shortly...15 minutes goes by, I try to walk in to pick it up myself but all the doors are locked? What the heck people. Then the girl hands me my order, no greeting and walks away. Like horrible service.
I stopped by to place an order at 7:30 PM on a Saturday, only to find the dining room closed and the doors locked. I would have understood if the hours displayed on the door indicated a closing time of 7:30 PM, but they stated 9 PM. It didn't give the impression that they wanted any business at all.
Ordered ahead, parked and notified which space, but no response for 4-5min. This was just for fries and cookies. Had to go inside, waited another 2min to be acknowledged and finally got the order.
This restaurant is far superior to the Wendy's nearby. They took my order promptly and processed it quickly. Reserva una mesa ahora

My husband likes to stop once in awhile. I detest McDonald's. Bad for your body!
