through the drive thru at this place and after the order my nugges and fries the kerl asked if this was for my order and gave me my sum. I asked if I could also get BBQ sauce, but the keerl continued to say noisy, it was too late to order something else and would not give me BBQ sauce. absolutely worst experience I ever had at a mcdonalds. they can't talk to someone directly about the phone number indicated on google. it only keeps riding the same automated message. nice move in consideration of their service seems less than great after other reviews! I guess I'm going to cry from now on!
Usually I have a decent experience in this drive-thru, but today neither of the people at the windows addressed me other than to make sure I wasn't dropping my food. Both were yelling in conversation with other employees like I wasn't even there. Additionally, my medium drink was filled about a full inch below the fill line that shows on the new plastic cups. It's the closest McDonald's to me, so I'm hoping the next time isn't so bad.
I really love the staff here but you really never know what you're going to get when you show up. Today the doors are locked with no signage about what's going on. We stay real flexible and respect the hard work of short staffed employees but also expect some information. Someone just forget to unlock the door? Is this the new normal or just this morning? We'll never know!
I went there every morning and stopped because for the most part the service is incredibly rude, specially on the weekends. My orders are wrong about 2 3 out of the 7. I’m never going back. Why set yourself up to start your morning in a bad mood? When a certain teller takes my order it’s always right but biscuits are rock hard most days also.

mcdonalds has an opportunity to take the sterile, cold business environment and do nothing about it. but at least eating is predictable ok. Some might say good, not sure who these people are. but good service and the pommes were hot. that's a low cash, I know, but they treated it with fat and trust as only the Corp giants can.
This location is usually not worth stopping at, long wait times, undercooked meat and fries, unpleasant staff etc. This was a problem before the pandemic too. While it says it's open for dine in, no signage or explanation for why the lobby is locked.
SEC McMuffin today was spectacular and yes I know I’m saying this about a McDonald’s food item. English muffin was fresh, sandwich was hot but not piping hot. It’s like the cook cared about the quality of the food they made!!! Well Done McD’s.
Every morning on my way to work I stop for a diet coke. Felipe is always so happy and polite at the window. Great way to start a day of work. Thank you!
