I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:35pm, during their supposed hours of operation, but no one answered the intercom after several minutes of trying. I then went to the window and knocked loudly, but still received no response. Two other frustrated customers arrived and informed us that they could see the employees laughing in the back through the window. On June 6th, 2019 at 10:40am, I had a disappointing experience at McDonald's located in Brooklyn MD on W. Patapsco Ave. The service was unorganized and the staff appeared unprofessional. Despite a friendly cashier, there were multiple issues with orders being incorrect, including at the drive-thru. The kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed and the manager was seen shouting at them in front of customers. The restaurant was not clean and there was a presence of a drug addict with strong body odor. Overall, this McDonald's location does not deserve any stars and should be closed down.
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and always get my order correct. Despite the location appearing sketchy from the outside, I have only used the drive-thru service so I cannot comment on the interior. However, I have to give credit where it is due. Unlike McDonald's, this location consistently gets my order right. Additionally, the ice cream machine is operational late at night. You're welcome.
I know it's McDonald's in Brooklyn but this specific location is just embarrassing. Costumer service doesn't exist, they constantly mess up orders that are SIMPLE! They'll tell you to pull your car up then come out missing several items because they were to lazy to carry them. I wouldn't be coming here for anything, I over heard one of the girls in the back saying we'll feed this to the White people. Like what is she doing back there spitting or what ever to the food so if your white you will probably be getting something extra on your food
The reviews are completely accurate! I highly recommend driving a few extra miles to go to Taco Bell or KFC instead. The restaurant is dirty, smells bad, they frequently get orders wrong, and the customer service is non-existent. Definitely avoid this place!
Some of the worst customer serves I have gotten from any establishment they never fail to completely mess up orders, this McDonalds is only 500yrds from my house but we travel to the next one up Ritchie hwy just to avoid bad service and missing items
Well the restaurant around here is nice and clean,the staff is very friendly and helpful when you come get your order I love going to the one around the corner from me on Potee and Pastisico.Thank you,,,,,,,

Customer service is awfully slow. The bathroom was the filthiest bathroom I've ever seen. Drug addicts begging for money.
