Mcdonald’s - Reserva de mesa

Pommes bei 4von 5 mal kalt und lasch....Hygiene ist in dieser Filiale vorallem beim Filialleiter ein absolutes Fremdwort.......ohne sich die Hände zu waschen wird alles angefasst und danach wieder Essen zubereitet.... Der Filialeiter hat nach der Pause ohne sich die Hände zu waschen wieder Essen zubereitet! Er hat sich mehrmals am Kopf und in den Ohren gekratzt und danach einfach die Brötchen, den Salat etc... angefasst und verpackt!! Absolutes NO-GO!!! habe es auf Video..... Habe es schon 2 mal dem Unternehmen gemeldet und alles was kam war ein Gutschein für ein Menu......geändert hat sich nichts.....!!! Am besten schliesst man diese Filiale......

We were there recently. No greeting from the staff and we had the impression that we were unwelcome (grim looks). We therefore preferred to take the food with us. Unfortunately, we discovered at home that the apple bag had been forgotten to pack and the wrong size of cola had been given. It would have been too much effort for us to go back. Unfortunately, the food was cold and it only took about 2 minutes from ordering to picking it up, as if everything was already ready. Were rudely told that the food was ready and we could take it with us.

We have already ordered something to eat twice this week. The first time (02.01.2024) it was 20 chicken nuggets with large fries and a Coca Cola. However, we only got the 20 chicken nuggets and fries and a drink but the sauces were missing Today January 4th, 2024 We ordered online and again a mistake was made.
