This morning, during my visit to the restaurant, I encountered a common situation where I was asked to wait in a designated parking spot for my drive-through order. This has been a recurring issue at this specific location. However, what ensued was extremely disappointing. After waiting for 30 minutes with no updates or receipt of my order, I had no other option but to request a refund due to time constraints. The lack of customer service was truly shocking. When I entered the restaurant to address my concerns, a staff member was whispered to by a manager and then walked away without acknowledging me. If your fancying a nice cold bite to eat, with a short wait of 1hr in the car park with approx 2 people waiting here’s the place for you. I can assure you will receive your order with 90% items mcfu**ing missing. You may even receive a greasy chip box with 1 chip inside- good for the dieters! If your kids are abit chunky but still fancy a McDonald’s take them here I can be sure they will provide a chicken nugget happy meal with 0 nuggets and 10 single chips. Don’t even bother asking for a milk shake or ice cream- the machine is permanently broken. So total stars id like to give is 0 but unfortunately it’s not an option so one star for a terrible mcfu**around :

Always a slow service no matter what time of the day. Friend even had to wait 20 minutes for a tea at 2am!. The drive through is pointless as you’re always told to park up. Food instore is generally okay. Sometimes slow, but delivery, drive through or app orders are pointless. Been like this for over a year now Atleast. Was ignored other day on the right drive through speaker post while the left one was being served and 7 cars overtook us due to poor service

Dreadful Plain RUDE. Drive thru and wait !! Ordered a simple Mac muffin for one and told to park up. Waited 12 mins, food arrived , warm ! No napkins no sugars . Went it to complain and the manager larger lady in black trousers and black tunic) argued that we are busy !!! No one stood around me I was flabbergasted. I have had two consecutive experiences of missing items in my Mcdelivery orders. Additionally, the staff seems to have difficulty distinguishing between vanilla and banana milkshakes. I think it is time for me to stop ordering from this restaurant. Blaming Uber or the app is not acceptable, as the responsibility lies with the restaurant for packing and sealing the bags.

This is the worst McDonald that I have ever been to. Nothing works there. You can never get a milkshake or McFlurry as the machines are never working. They never get the order right. Something is always missing. When going through the drive through you often have to pull over and wait for ages, then receive cold food.

The food was cold, the service was poor, and there was a long wait. When I asked for an apple pie, they didn't have any so they gave me a Christmas pie instead. I didn't realize it had caramel in it, and as a diabetic, my blood sugar will be very high. Thanks a lot.

Absolutely dreadful, you’d have thought we’d have learnt our lesson by now but on this occasions after visiting the drive through, we simply could deal with the “can you park up” business. After 20 minutes, we left without our food. Over it. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is the worst McDonalds in the entire chain. It’s a drive through that never delivers food. The orders are invariably wrong. The food is poorly prepared. The restaurant is filthy. The manager is clueless.

Honestly the worst McDonald’s ever! Always forgetting stuff, make you park up for a cheeseburger, and make you wait 50 mins for a delivery!
