I placed a mobile order for breakfast before the cutoff time and drove 15 minutes to this location to pick it up. They apparently didn’t check their orders before stopping. After sitting in the drive-thru for another 10 minutes, I was finally told they had canceled my order..with no alert, no notification, and no update in the app or on my bank statement. Not only did I waste my time and gas, but I never even got my food. If you’re going to cancel someone’s order, the bare minimum is to notify them. This place clearly doesn’t value customers’ time or money. I won’t be coming back.
This McDonald's has a consistent problem with my orders, regardless of the time or day. I'm frequently missing a sandwich, nuggets, condiments, or sides. My orders are never complete! Consistency is important, and the staff should make sure orders are correct, especially for delivery, since we can't get out of the car to inform them of the issues!
They forgot to include my doughnut, but I guess that's what I get for ordering it from McDonald's! Everything else was good, including the Big Mac, cheeseburgers, and nuggets. The drinks were cold and came in a fairly secure bag along with the food. The delivery went smoothly. Overall, I can't complain!
The food was exceptional, with perfect taste and presentation. It truly was an incredible dining experience, enhanced by superb service. I highly recommend it!

I ordered three McDoubles but only received two. As a pregnant woman with a family, it's crucial that my order is accurate.
The service inside was quick, although the drive-thru line was quite long. Overall, my child's salad was excellent.
The orange juice had a strange flavor, and the hash browns were so burnt that I couldn't enjoy them at all.
I think this was the fastest service I've ever had on DoorDash. Everything was fresh and nicely packaged.
