The staff at McDonald's are friendly and helpful during the day. However, it's confusing to see "open 24 hours" signs everywhere when the restaurant actually closes from 1 to 4 AM nightly. This inconsistency can be frustrating for customers who are repeatedly turned away at the drive-thru during those hours. If this closing period is standard, it would be better to post a clear sign and perhaps place a cone in the drive-thru to save staff time and inform customers. Misleading advertising is definitely annoying!
I've been going to that place for years nad years the last 3 times that I was there they mess up my order and the last time they even forgot to work on my order. Which I call the manager for a refund and I asked him what happened he said we are busy which I do understand but if people that order getting food before me when I just order a drink and I was patient for 20min. I had a drive thru online mobile order I walk up to the drive thru window and they tell me they can not do the order because Im not in a car. This is not right they could have easily done my order and had given to me the food as ordered correctly . I wenthome with them denying the food to me just because I did not have a car. The manager or person in charge goes by the name ofAna. Simply being lazy and not that she had anything else to do but she was just not wanting to help the customer out.
I placed an online mobile order through McDonald's drive-thru, but when I walked up to the window instead of driving, they refused to give me my order because I wasn’t in a car. This wasn’t right, as they could have easily handed me the food exactly as I ordered from the menu. I left disappointed, denied my food simply because I didn’t have a vehicle. The manager, Ana, appeared unwilling to assist, showing laziness rather than any valid reason for not helping a customer.

this restaurant repeatedly messes up orders we place via the McDonald's app. Today we called to complain and they said they cannot even do a refund without us coming back in. They were barely professional and completely non-responsive and unhelpful. Corporate McDonald's should know they have a problem with this franchisee. I will contest the charge for the full meal (for afamily. of 5).
Even just a year ago it wasn't this bad. Also don't go here after 5pm if you have a choice, high probability of a bad experience. Double check your order as often they forget or mix up items. The scumbag franchiser under staffs the location towhere after 9pm it's drive thru only. Corporate should probably seize this franchise from the owner under terrible brandrepresentation.
This McDonald's location repeatedly gets our app orders wrong. When we called to complain today, they said they couldn't issue a refund unless we returned to the restaurant. The staff was unprofessional, unresponsive, and unhelpful. Corporate McDonald's needs to address the issues with this franchise. I will be disputing the charge for the entire meal for our family of five.
This McDonald's is truly impressive. The staff are attentive and efficient, making sure the food is tasty and served quickly. I strongly recommend using the app for excellent discounts and convenient table service.
