The restaurant was quite dirty, as shown in the photos. I waited seven minutes just to get a cup of coffee, even though there was no one ahead of me at the counter. The woman behind the counter, who appeared to be the manager, was yelling at customers to wear their masks. However, it was evident from the pictures that she didn't seem to care whether her own employee standing beside her was wearing his mask correctly, as it was hanging below his mouth.
The food arrived hot and fresh! However, the service was extremely slow, as we waited at least 30 minutes just to place our order. On the bright side, the staff were very polite. One employee explained that they were short-staffed, which likely caused the delay. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant once they have a full team working!

The restaurant needs to improve its customer service. The counters are often so wet that children's bags end up falling on the floor, causing the food to spill out. Everything fell because of the moisture. This place simply needs better staff. I understand it’s not Chick-fil-A, but they should at least make an effort.
A few months ago, I would have rated this McDonald's zero stars due to consistently slow service, including a 45-minute wait in the drive-thru. However, on my recent visit, the service was much improved. I hope this positive change continues under better management.

Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff stayed friendly, polite, and respectful. They served our food promptly and were always willing to accommodate any additional requests.
My favorite place! I only go to McDonald's and for one reason: the crew is the best!!! The morning staff is always quick and incredibly friendly!!!
