I never received any service during my visit, which lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. The McDonald's on Broadway is advertised as being open 24 hours, and I can confirm that this is true since I've often gone there during the early morning hours. However, this time I waited at the drive-thru speaker, approached the drive-thru windows, knocked on the door, and even called the store, but no employees showed up to take my order. I even downloaded the app and placed my order there, but still... no one responded. It was quite frustrating to be left waiting in the cold at a restaurant claiming to be open 24 hours, with not even a word from anyone. Thank you for wasting my time, McDonald's on Bro...
I had an extremely rude experience at this location. I ordered two meals, including a Big Mac, and requested that they be placed in two separate bags. The young lady at the window refused my request, abruptly slammed the window in my face, and said, "Goodnight." This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. My grandmother always taught me that if someone is rude, I don’t have to spend my money there; I can take it elsewhere. If it were possible to rate this place zero stars, I definitely would. I hope their corporate office sees this feedback as well.
I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times and have always found the staff to be friendly. However, on my latest visit, there was a very long line that stretched around the building and onto the road. I wasn’t sure if there were one or two lines, so I can’t speak to the service beyond that. An employee came outside to guide me to the second line, but her tone felt a bit dismissive. I followed her directions, but the car ahead of me didn’t move while the other line kept progressing. Frustrated, I decided to leave instead of waiting any longer.
The staff here has consistently been friendly and professional. While there may be an occasional mistake, they're quick to rectify it and deliver exceptional service. Despite the negativity I've been facing lately as someone in uniform, they have always treated me kindly. I will definitely continue dining here almost every day! Although the walk-up window was closed, the young man at the drive-thru patiently waited for me, making my $22 experience worthwhile. I was in a tight spot with no other options to feed my two 100-pound pit bulls, and McDonald's truly came to the rescue. I really appreciate it—thank you! As for the two items that cost $5, they surpassed my expectations!
I had a terrible experience at McDonald's! When I asked for water at the counter, they refused to provide it, so I had to resort to drinking tap water from the bathroom. The menu might be extensive, but their service definitely needs improvement.
I visited because it was the only restaurant open, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The crispy chicken sandwich was overcooked—almost burnt—and had a faint fishy taste. I ended up having to throw it away.
I don't recommend this McDonald's. I ordered a large fries, and they were stale. After two disappointing orders, I won’t be reaching out to them again. I plan to report this to the health department.

The service at this McDonald's is remarkably fast and efficient, with staff who are consistently friendly and accommodating. I've never received the wrong order. I genuinely enjoy dining here!
