I decided to go inside because the drive-thru line was incredibly long. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 15 minutes just for two large iced teas. During my time there, numerous customers came in complaining about incorrect and incomplete drive-thru orders. The staff seemed focused only on the drive-thru and completely ignored the inside customers. If you're looking for a quick stop, I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant.
This McDonald's often has trouble opening on schedule, which makes me late for work since I often need to go to another location when they're not ready. If they advertise an opening time of 6 AM, that should mean both the doors and drive-thru are open at that time, rather than just preparing to open. This morning, I arrived at 6:33 AM, and it was still closed. Unfortunately, this has become a regular occurrence.
I've been going to this McDonald's for around 20 years. When I was a kid, my dad would take us there for dinner every other Thursday, and we always had a great time playing in the play area. It's your typical McDonald's—nothing especially remarkable or disappointing about it. I haven't visited the play area in about 15 years, so I can't speak to that, but the drive-thru service is generally quite fast.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at the drive-thru. It feels like the staff isn't really invested in their jobs. Perhaps it's because they are quite young and don't feel the need to take it seriously, or maybe it's for another reason. I waited at the cashier for more than five minutes without any staff coming to help me. Eventually, I had to place my order myself at the kiosk. When my order was finally ready, one of the employees simply called out my number and left my order on the counter without checking if I needed any sauces. It was quite disappointing.
The restaurant features a charming and inviting interior. There’s a play area for children, although it was closed during our visit. I believe they could improve the experience by hiring more staff, as only one register was open, which led to some waiting. However, the food was tasty and served hot.
