My frustration really started when an employee was rude to a customer who merely asked if their order was ready. When the same employee was later asked for a receipt, he huffed, rolled his eyes, and didn't even acknowledge the customer, claiming he was too busy. Things escalated further when another customer, who had been waiting 45 minutes for their mobile order, was told it had been marked as delivered, even though it clearly hadn’t. That employee also refused to contact the manager.

I tried to order a smoothie, but the machine was broken. So, I went with an iced coffee and a simple hamburger instead. When I received my order, the girl handed me a straw that was completely flat and had mud and footprints on it—so gross! The burger came with mustard, large chunks of onions, and a splash of Big Mac sauce. It was not appealing at all. She told me to wait because they would bring me a fresh one to my car shortly. How can this place be classified as fast food when it takes 30 minutes to get your order? I've visited this location several times, and it’s always the same issue. I highly recommend steering clear of this spot.

I'm really pleased with the customer service at this McDonald's! Every morning, Yahya is at the drive-thru and always knows how to brighten my day. You all are doing an amazing job—keep up the great work!
The service was really poor. I ordered two drinks and received only one straw. The medium smoothie I got was more like a small. My Coke was off, so I ended up throwing it away!
I really needed my morning coffee, and there was no one in the drive-thru which made for quick service. They got my order right, and it set a positive tone for my day! ☕️
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. They forgot to include my fries, and the chicken nuggets were overcooked. Overall, it wasn't a great visit.

Many items from my order were missing, the fries were cold, and the soda machine was not working.
The service at this McDonald's is extremely slow. I would recommend avoiding it if possible.
