Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

After an incredibly frustrating wait, my fries were almost empty. Putting a small portion of fries in a large box doesn't make it a large order. The cheese on my burger was so far off that it was outside of the box. Having worked in this industry for many years, I would have been embarrassed if my team provided service like this, let alone consistently. The management seems to use the youth of their employees as an excuse. But here's the thing: it's your responsibility as managers to train them properly. Their shortcomings reflect on you. There have always been young employees at McDonald's, and many locations have managed just fine. I highly recommend just driving past this one.

I ordered a cheeseburger and a shake. I had to wait a bit longer than some customers who ordered after me, but since it was a busy time, I didn’t mind the wait. This location features a playroom for kids, which is a nice touch. The restrooms are not locked, so there’s no need to ask the cashier for access like in some other places. It’s conveniently located near a nice-sized park and some trails, making it a great spot for a quick break and a meal.

This restaurant location is usually excellent, but I've been experiencing significant problems with the rail spots recently. I recommend relocating rail spot #2 to the front of the building, as it currently causes frustration for those stuck behind two or three vehicles that don’t park correctly. If this continues, I’ll definitely be using my horn a lot!

I’ve visited this location a couple of times for both drive-thru and dine-in, and I usually order coffee with my meal. Unfortunately, every single time, my coffee has been served cold or only slightly warm. I’ve been to many McDonald's across the country, and this has never happened before, which is a bit disappointing. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service staff is friendly and polite, but the food is absolutely terrible, and my orders have consistently been incorrect at this location. Do the young employees here struggle with basic reading comprehension and following simple instructions? I think it might be worth the extra five-minute drive to Wendy's.

I ordered two nugget meals and a crispy chicken sweet chili wrap. Everything was cold, and the wrap I received had grilled chicken and bacon instead of what I ordered. I'm very disappointed. This is the second weekend in a row that there's been an issue. I won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese combo, and it seems like the patty has been getting thinner every year. The burger had no toppings, making it quite disappointing. My fries were cold and lacked salt. I wouldn't recommend this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place is absolutely terrible! Don't even consider using the drive-thru or delivery; they can't even get your order right when you walk in! I wish I could give it a rating lower than one star, but that's the least I can do.

I have visited this McDonald's a few times, and I've consistently received more than what I ordered, which I'm not complaining about. The drive-thru service is always quite fast as well.
