At 12:45, a waitress brings us back our trays but everything is cold! We're pointing to her and she's leaving with the fries and sandwiches. About 12:55, we're back in the order. This time it's hot but my wife doesn't have the burger she ordered. I'll take him back to the counter and explain the situation to the waitress who picks up the sandwich and puts it in the trash.
