Not really a 24-hour restaurant... We arrived around 3:30 AM and placed a mobile order for iced coffees. The drive-thru was intentionally blocked with crates, so we opted for the front counter pickup. However, when we got there, the door was locked. I saw my order number appear on the screen, but the employees just stared at it without taking any action. We waited outside, hoping to receive our order, but they eventually removed it without informing us. It turned out to be a 45-minute waste of our time during a long drive. I ordered medium fries, but they seemed to have reduced the packaging size, which felt more like a small serving in a medium box. The coffee is decent; it’s probably the only reason I'd consider going to McDonald's. The milkshake was good, and I appreciated that for the first time someone actually asked how many shots I wanted in it. However, the sandwiches are quite small; even with fries and a drink, they don't fill up an adult. Everything has shrunk in size, and honestly, I’d be willing to pay more at Wendy’s or A&W for a better quality meal.

Avoid visiting at night. I've experienced multiple late-night trips where I could see that someone was inside and their car was parked outside, yet no one answered the drive-thru. I've given up on trying to go there. To the franchise coordinator, consider closing by 11 PM to prevent employee burnout and financial losses due to staff neglecting their responsibilities. Establishing clear hours would help alleviate consumer frustration caused by the inconsistency and lack of transparency.

I typically order an iced coffee, but today I decided to try a sausage egg McMuffin. I prefer my English muffin double toasted, but the young employee said it might burn. I really don’t enjoy raw or only partially toasted muffins. Unfortunately, they didn't double toast it, and I ended up with an English muffin that wasn't toasted at all because they didn't want to do it. The restaurant appears to be open on Google, but it’s actually closed. I went out of my way to visit what seemed to be the only open place after work at 3am. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru, the lady told me they were closed. I mentioned that Google said they were open, and she replied that Google was incorrect. There’s not much else to add.

I experienced one of the worst order processes at a McDonald's. Despite being open 24 hours, I had to wait between 40 to 50 minutes for my drive-thru order on a Friday night. I really hope they analyze trends and customer traffic to make better staffing decisions in the future.

I frequently stop by this drive-thru for ice cream on my way home. My only comment is that the line can often be slow. Additionally, it seems like they don't alternate equally between the two ordering speakers, which means the inside lane tends to get overlooked sometimes.

I waited 35 minutes in the drive-through, and my order was never correct. They gave my order to someone else and then asked me if I still wanted my food.
