Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Franchise having the same standard food and cooking process so no comments on that. Reviewing about service and cleanliness. Have been there multiple times sad to say that washrooms are really messed up and floor as well due to lot of people visit this place and its hard for the staff to keep the pace clean with so many Orders Drive thru, mobile, uber, skip, doordash and front.. Might need more staff..

I always get fries at the drive-thru, and always specify to get ketchup. This location never gives you ketchup. I have to go through the take out bag to ensure no ketchup was given, and then either ask again or go back inside to get more ketchup. Not to mention they’ve messed up my orders numerous times. Never had this issue at other locations.

They don't always get the order correct. To wait for nuggets or cheeseburger with extra pickles for 4 minutes makes me wonder which country is it coming from.Other days they're a 9. But I have had more bad experience then

Bathroom were filthy. Hand dryers not working.Ketchup dispensers all empty. Napkin dispensers all empty.The service food were great, but overshadowed by the filth.

One of my favourite McDonald’s. The managers Justin and Christian know all their customers names and orders. I always feel welcome when I visit this
