Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I went through the drive-thru around 6 PM after a long day at work, with a family member by my side. I ordered two Big Mac meals, both with Coke and one large fry. Unfortunately, they didn't give us any straws for the drinks, but that wasn't a huge issue for me since I'm not a fan of paper straws; I find them unpleasant. In fact, I keep a pack of plastic straws in my glove box just for that reason. We decided to eat in the parking lot so I could enjoy my food while it was still warm, rather than letting it get cold on the way home.

We got take out breakfast. Stale English muffins...missing one of two pancake portions of happy meals. Hashbrowns were tasteless. Went back and staff were excellent in fixing us up...buns were still hard. Didn't want to go back again. So we just ate it. Giving 3 stars for trying. Looking at other reviews, this type of screw ups seem to happen often. Knowing the owners own all the McDonald's in town...they would care to retrain or hire better staff. It's not that hard to

Every single time I go there I go to the drive thru and every single time I have to wait at the last window for over 10 mins for my order while 3-5 people get their orders and are on their way no problem. I usually just get a coupe of breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. You would think in the mornings they would have plenty of eggs ready to go. But today was especially bad service. I pulled up to the speaker box and was able to choose either one because no one was ahead

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I waited for 12 minutes at the counter without anyone acknowledging my presence, let alone taking my order. All I wanted was a simple cup of coffee at a fast food restaurant. Ultimately, I had to leave empty-handed because I couldn't wait any longer. It feels like, with the rise of drive-thru options, mobile ordering, and other online services, in-person customers have been relegated to an inconvenience. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered on the app, 2 chicken McMuffins, hash brown and a coffee. I decided to pick up the order in store. I waited for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from any staff. During that time another gentleman was waiting to order for over 5 minutes with no one attempting to help him. Once I got in my car, my order was wrong. I wasn?t going to go back in and fix it as they already caused me to be late for work.

Forgot my sauces that I payed 3.00 for. Forgot one of my cheeseburgers. Forgot utensils for my poutine and least importantly straws. Was the second time I ordered from here and it seems every time they forget sauce. They should take into accountability all the 1 star reviews and change something. Un real? for such terrible service at a brand new McDonald?s. Value your customers you guys are terrible staff.

I bought two Happy Meals for my kids, but when I got home, I realized they were missing the toys and yogurt. I had requested just ketchup on their burgers, but they came with everything on them. As for my chicken wrap, it was so dry that I had to throw it away after the first bite. This place really needs new staff!

I love this mcdons its close by and tbh every time I go its not busy and when it is they keep the line moving. One time tho yall gave me a spicy mcchiggen with only one half of the bun? I did laugh but it was harder to eat lol (was too hungry had to take a pic mid meal) Reserva una mesa ahora

Food Arrived Cold. Not Couriers Fault. Food was Squished in the Delivery Bag, Again, Not couriers fault. So Disappointed, Normally my Order is Great! Buns on the Sandwich was Burned, Disappointed Taste.
