This McDonald's has been around for decades. It's in the same plaza as Foody Mart. Years ago, when I was an undergraduate, I offered tutoring services. A family was interested in meeting with me to get help for their son. Math was not his cup of tea.We all lived in Markham. We met here and chatted. I don't remember whether I had ordered anything. My tutoring rate was $10 an hour. I didn't hear from this family afterwards, likely because they found my rate to be expensive. Oh, well. **DO NOT DINE HERE IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY.** I informed the staff member five times about my severe allergy, and now I've had to use my EpiPen and am on my way to the hospital. I called the restaurant to report the situation, and all they could say was that they were sorry but that it wasn’t noted on my receipt. I clearly communicated my allergy multiple times to ensure my safety. This place shows no concern for the well-being of customers with allergies. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this serious issue and will provide an update once it is resolved.

Service is a 0 here. Placed an order in the McDonald's app to be picked up at curbside. The server brought out the order, walking slowly to the car, with a face like she didn't want to be there. Not a hello, thank you for waiting. Nothing. 0 interaction. Handed off the order and walked off. Not a single word came out of her mouth.

Good place for kids since they have a play area for kids. My kids love the play area. The food tastes good and the service received is also good, could be better though. I think they were not able to provide excellent service due to the huge rush that day. Not sure about their service on a regular day. Reserva una mesa ahora

It took about 15 minutes to make two McFlurries, and there were seven staff members on duty, but none seemed to be busy; they were just chatting. There was one woman who was actually preparing the orders, but overall, it was quite disappointing.

There is always a long wait for curbside pickup or in-store orders. If you use the drive-thru, I've had my order messed up more than once, with items missing. Make sure to check your takeout bag before you drive home.

Mostly quick, occasionally will mess up order, but considering how many orders go through every day that's not surprising. I still have fewer messed up orders here vs other locations however.

No option to request straws and utensils through the Uber Eats app. On top of that, they're the only ones that charge delivery to members.

I ordered two bagel belts and apple juice from here. The bagels were not toasted and the apple juice was pretty much water.
