I had just undergone a medical procedure and my husband was driving me home from Little Rock to Hot Springs, AR. At that moment, the thought of having something cold, refreshing, and crunchy sounded incredibly appealing. We went through the drive-thru and the service was polite, quick, and efficient, which I appreciated. However, when my husband handed me my ice cream cone, I was disappointed to find a poorly shaped glob of vanilla ice milk atop the sugar cone. By the time I noticed, we had already driven away, and I realized I only received half of my ice cream. I understand this may seem like a minor issue, but aren't all complaints just small issues? All I'm asking is that your employees...
I've experienced multiple issues at this location, particularly with getting the correct and fresh orders. It seems they may be understaffed in the kitchen, which sometimes affects customer service. Today, I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich but ended up with a regular chicken sandwich that wasn’t spicy, topped with the wrong type of lettuce, and it was soggy. Additionally, they didn’t have the correct sauce.
The service was incredibly slow; I waited over 15 minutes for my order. I eventually had to go inside to request a refund, and the manager only returned the full amount, mentioning that I still had my drink. I handed the drink back, and then he pulled some change from his pocket, smirking while doing so. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's!
Although this may seem like a minor concern, aren't all complaints relatively small in the larger context? I only request that employees accurately fulfill orders, as they are trained to do. The food was served cold. I chose to go to this restaurant because it's nearby, and with the rain, I thought it would be easy to pick up something for my little girl.
